Meals around here are a lot of fun and filled with Bradford’s emerging personality. He loves to eat, and will pretty much eat anything we put in front of him. He also loves to talk, and meals are typically accompanied by lots of “ba,ba,ba’s” and “da,da,da’s.”
“No more thank you”:
And this is how we typically conclude our meals, with Opal Dean helping out with the clean-up:
We had a great trip to Ikea…
We discovered an awesome farmer’s market named, The Boys (which we went to every day). Bradford got his first taste of honeydew and bread, which he totally devoured. And in honor of sister Sarah, we took pictures of our food:
We had so much fun having Gigi around, and were sad to say goodbye. She helped keep Bradford entertained on the plane ride back to Atlanta. He was happy as long as she gave him ice to eat, let him play with her watch, or held him to look out the window:
Thanks for all your help Gigi! We’re already looking forward to your next visit!
Just a quick update about our friends, David and Jenny. Their adorable little boy was born last night and is perfectly healthy!! His name is Cade Gregory and weighed in at 7 lbs 8 ounces and 20 inches of length. Jenny was a rock star and made it through labor beautifully with David, the proud Dad at her side.
I was so excited about the timing, because I flew back to Atl. yesterday for a wedding, and was just thrilled to be able to make it to the hospital for his birth. We all had a great time waiting in anticipation in the waiting room with friends and family of theirs. In all the excitement, and in the rush to get there, I forgot to take my camera into the hospital…but just take my word for it, he is super super cute! Praise God for a healthy little boy for their family.
